Major Prohibited Content Categories

  • Anything involving minors (real or simulated): Zero tolerance. No one under 18 can appear in any content (even clothed or background). This includes “teen,” “young,” “lolita,” or age-play that suggests underage.

  • Worn Clothing: users cannot offer the sale of worn clothing (panties, clothes, etc)

  • Non-consensual acts or themes: Rape, blackmail, forced, unwilling, abduction, kidnapping, etc. (including role-play or fantasy content using these words/themes).

  • Bestiality / Zoophilia: Any sexual content with animals.

  • Incest-themed content: Family role-play or incest fantasies.

  • Extreme violence / gore / self-harm: Snuff, mutilation, heavy bloodplay, torture, etc.

  • Scat, urine (watersports), vomit, enema (in sexual contexts): Often restricted or banned depending on explicitness.

  • Drugs, weapons, illegal activities: Promoting or showing illegal drug use, firearms in sexual contexts, etc.

  • Revenge porn / non-consensual sharing: Content of others without clear, documented consent and proper 2257 verification.

  • Deepfakes / AI-generated content resembling real people without consent (strict rules in 2026).

  • Hate speech, harassment, discrimination.

  • Copyright infringement: Using music, images, or content you don’t own the rights to.

Banned or Heavily Restricted Words / Phrases

OnlyFans has a long list of flagged trigger words that can lead to automatic review or removal. Common examples include: abduct, blackmail, rape, forced, kidnap, chloroform, unconscious, incest, bestiality, scat, piss (in certain contexts), underage, lolita, etc.

Other Common Ways Creators Get Banned

  • 2257 / Verification issues: Failing to properly verify collaborators (they must have verified OnlyFans accounts or submitted release forms). This is one of the most common ban triggers for collabs.

  • Off-platform payment requests: Mentioning CashApp, PayPal, Venmo, etc.

  • Promoting prostitution / escorting or real-life meets for sex.

  • Chargebacks / fraud: Too many fan disputes or suspicious activity.

  • Repeated violations: Even minor ones stack up.
